Gratitude Journal

This journal is devoid of corniness and long paragraph writing. It’s low-pressure journaling. You only have to write three little things for each prompt, whenever the mood strikes. Plus, the journal does not have dates. You can fill it out all in one day, once a day, once a week, or once every eight months. And if you’ve got gratitude coming out the kazoo, there’s blank space throughout these pages for freewriting, too. When gratitude comes in threes, you’re in charge.
